ABOUT THE COMPANY

Jindal India Thermal Power Limited was incorporated in the year 2006 to develop thermal power plants for generation and supply of electricity in the country. It has established 1200 MW thermal power plant at village Derang, District Angul, Orissa, India.

The plant has two units of 600 MW each and are in operations since 2015.

Plant Access

Angul and Talchar are the two main towns approachable from existing road network. The nearest airport is in Bhuvneshwar which is about 175 kilometres from the plant and nearest railway station is Talcher Road which is about 45 kilometres from the plant.
